We dispatch Australia-wide from our warehouse once your bank transfer clears, typically within 1–2 business days of funds arriving. Standard delivery is $9.95 flat rate and free on orders over $150.

Tracking details are emailed when your parcel leaves us. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier; remote and regional deliveries can take longer.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for its stated purpose. Contact us at support@vicorpus.com.au with your order reference and we will arrange a resolution.

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened supplement products where there is no fault. Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery; return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can lodge a claim.

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order: your name, contact details, delivery address and order history. We do not collect or store card numbers — payment is by direct bank transfer, so your bank handles the transaction.

We share your details only with our delivery carrier and, where required, with our accountant or by law. We do not sell personal information. You can request access to or correction of your data by emailing support@vicorpus.com.au.

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Placing an order creates an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm your order and receive cleared funds. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Orders unpaid after 7 days may be cancelled and stock released. Where an item becomes unavailable we will contact you to substitute, part-ship or refund.
